Call for participants: Join the YKSE Coaching Journey

Are you a young person between the ages of 15 and 29 residing in the UK, Italy, Hungary, or North Macedonia and currently not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET)?

We invite you to embark on a transformative “life” coaching journey with our experienced educators.

What is YKSE?

YKSE, or Young Kreativ Social Enterprises, is an Erasmus+ project that aims to boost and encourage creative social entrepreneurial learning among young people. Through the mobilization of digital skills and intercultural dialogue, the project seeks to upskill and empower youth workers, educators, and mentors as drivers of youth professional development. YKSE is a partnership of four organizations: Asfar (UK), Anthropolis (Hungary), Materahub (Italy), and the Center for Knowledge Management (North Macedonia).

What will you learn through these coaching sessions?

By engaging in an enriching coaching process with an educator from your country, you will embark on a journey of self-awareness and self-management. Our dedicated educators will guide you in making better decisions, solving obstacles, acquiring new skills, and progressing in your personal and professional development.

Who is eligible to attend this coaching course?

We are looking for motivated youth who are interested in joining a coaching program that enhances self-awareness and self-management. Through these sessions, you will gain valuable skills to progress your career and start a social KreativEnterprise. Participants must be available for 6 to 10 hours of coaching sessions during the weeks of May and early June.

Selection criteria

To ensure the best fit for this opportunity, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 15 years old;
  • Be able to communicate and work in English/Italian/Macedonian/Hungarian;
  • Not currently engaged in Education, Employment, or Training;
  • Be able to actively participate for the entire duration of the coaching sessions;
  • Have an interest in obtaining tools, methods, and best practices for social entrepreneurship and
  • Be committed to sharing the results of the activities with peers and stakeholders.

The selection criteria for this coaching course have been discussed and agreed upon by all partners, ensuring a transparent and fair process. Participants will be selected based on their skills, motivation, and relevant experience in line with the project’s objectives.

 How to apply

Please write an email explaining your motivation to participate in this coaching session and attach your CV.

The deadline for applications is May 15th. Your application should showcase how you will benefit from these coaching sessions and highlight your relevant skills and knowledge.

Applicants will be contacted by May 17th to inform them whether they have been successfully shortlisted. If desired, feedback on the application can be provided upon request. We look forward to receiving your application and embarking on this transformative coaching journey together!
